You already know your dog better than any photograph has managed to show. You know their particular energy, the way they look when they're completely at ease, the expression they carry when they're with someone they love. Finding a photographer who sees all of that, without needing it explained, is a different kind of search.

My name is Komal. I am a fine art pet photographer based in Seattle, and making portraits that look like your dog — truly like them — is the work I have built this practice around.

I am certified in Advanced Outdoor Canine Portraiture through That Photography Spot and recently traveled to Scotland for an exclusive pet photography retreat, learning alongside some of the most respected artists in the field. I stay active in the pet photography community to keep my work fresh, creative, and continually evolving — because your pet deserves nothing less than art. I have also studied canine behavior to better understand how dogs communicate and feel, allowing me to advocate for their comfort and needs during every session. This ensures that each photoshoot is not only beautiful but also deeply respectful of every pet's unique personality and boundaries.
